These panties have slight elastic around the legs to help snug up to the dog. They Velcro on both sides of the top making it easy to put on and take off. The skirt hides the Velcro. The tail hole is bound to last longer.

These panties are made out of house. There is a two week turn-around for these panties. If you have to have them immediately, we do have some stock, but it seems we never have the panties your order.
